Problems With A Oven Whirlpool Rbs307pvs?

I have a Whirlpool wall oven Mod. RBS307PVS from April 2013. I used it for 6 times maximun in the almost one month that I was in the house. Two night ago, after baking a cake I started the self cleanning program and the oven burned its circuit braker. I could not open the door and I have to call the technician. It i normal? I do not have confidence anymore in this oven. Thank you
