Our Top Mount Refrigerator Mod. # St14ckxkq01 Is Not Cooling Food.

The freezer seems to work somewhat but frost forms on the back wall of the freezer. The refrigerator (bottom) section does not chill anything. There is a constant steady hum of the motor on and the light bulb is on but there is no sounds of the defrost cycle ?/ compressor ?/ or condenser ? working. I'm just guessing those names for the sounds of the refrigerator workings. Please HELP . Lynne
