Why It Is Taking More Than A Week To Solve The Complient ?

i purchased the refrigirator double door - 340 lts., in nov, 2009. Just in the one and half month i am facing the problems. the light is on but no chilling effect at all. previously i had videocon fridge, which in fact the best ever i seen, because not even a single problem i faced during all these 10 yrs. if i would been got little bit of information about your non sense products, i swear i never allowed our family to purchase these kind of faulty appliences.
