Oven Will Not Reach Heated Temperature

Are you able to tell me what I need to do to repair my oven to work. I have set the oven temperature to 475 degrees, the oven heats to a warm temperature and never heats to the degree set. the pilot is lit, the brand new sensor I just purchased is cold and the oven is luke warm only????? Model # WFG231LVSO
