The Washer Is Blinking 9xs Thn 2xs It Wont Drain 1st Load Was Fine Help

ive unplugged it  unloaded a wet load of clothes along with the water that wouldnt drain  checked the drain outside (dug it out nothing blocking it)   tried it again  now it runs but water still in drum and the towel i put in is still soaked  ive only had this washer for a year...  the wash light blinks 9Xs then twice  this error code is no where to be found
