My Washing Machine Isnt Spinning Out The Cloths Good Enough Still Soggy

Have you tried taking off the drain hose and seeing if it may be clogged. I had that happen to me once. It would drain but got a lot of "back flow" due to what apeared to be some shredded paper clogging the drain hose.
