Whirlpool Washer Wtw4950xwo Not Working
my whirlpool washer is out of warranty by a few months and stopped working. seemed like it was getting louder when in use, but not positive on this. It finished wasing a load, but clothes seemed more wet than normally expected. it will not restart. unplugged it , let it sit, replugged it; just clicks which would guess to be an attempt at "Sensing" to load, but never goes any further than that in terms of the wash cycle; no water enters machine at all. is this problem something simple i can address myself? i have replaced both a ceramic fuse and the drum belt on an older, simpler Whirlpool Dryer, but no washer experience, much less with a newer, energy effecient model. any suggestions welcome, any at all. replace if necessary? hire a repairman? attempt myself? john arsenault Model is WTW4950XWO, Serial is C10530834, TYPE 588-10
