I Cant Access My Hotmail Account, It Has Blocked Me, Any Help?

I would request you to check the sender of the email. If it is Hotmail, then please go ahead and answer the questions.
Once you have answered all the questions. Please change the password and check if you are able to login in both the places without any issue.
