Windows Live Help
I created a windows live account than deleted it. I tried to make another one with the same e-mail and it keeps saying temporalily unavailabe and wont let me proceed. please help

You'll need to call MSN support and they may not be able to help you. Accounts are not deleted, they are disabled in the system. Thats why you can't recreate it, it still exists. The support folks may be able to re-enable it for you.
