Why Have You Lied To Me?! You Said Wednesday That I Would Have Phone Overnighted

WHERE IS THE PHONE!??  YOU STATED IT WOULD BE OVERNIGHTED FOR ME TO RECEIVE ON THURSDAY !!  I AM SEEING ON LINE THAT YOU HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED IT OUT!!!  AND THAT IT WILL BE HERE TOMORROW ON THE 30TH WHEN I WILL NOT BE AT HOME !!!! YOU HAVE VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL LET EVERY ONE KNOW THIS IF YOU DO NOT CALL ME A.S.A.P AND EXPLAIN AND CORRECT THIS SITUATION NOW !!!!
