The price for the "full service" XM radio with Sirius Radio included is 16.99 per month, with prices going down from there based on what station packages you wish to be able to listen to.

Let me start off by saying that the XM radio Sales/Customer Rep phoneline that you'll be calling is - for lack of a better word - unconvential. (You'll see what I mean, below:)
  1. First, you must call the (toll-free) phone line for XM radio, which is 1.866.SHOP XM1.
  2. Once you're connected with someone, tell them that your free trial expired, and that you want to renew.
  3. The most expensive route is to just pay the standard price of $12.95 per month (plus fees), but you can save A LOT of money with just a little bit of effort (step 4 explains how).
  4. You can get the service at a steeply discounted price, but only if you ask. The two best deals (for the basic subscription) are:
    1. $77 for 1 year
    2. $20 for 5 months.
    3. Note: According to those who went through the process, you may have to be persistant or "barter" with the salesperson if you want to add more premiere channels to your subscription.
      1. If you do have any troubles getting what you want, the best advice is to "balk" (pretend like you don't want the service anymore) and/or hang up and try calling back so that you can talk to a different sales rep.
  5. Provide them with the information they request for setting up the subscription, as well as your billing information.
  6. You're Done! I hope that solved your problem & saved you money. If not, then...
