I Have Been Double Billed By Xm Radio For Some Time. How Do I Get This Corrected

I have been double billed by XM Radio to my Visa card for some time now. I have called several times but XM Radio has not corrected the situation. This has to stop. I love the service but I am not willing to pay double. And, I want my extra billed money back. Any other soulution is unacceptable.
