you can transfer a paid subscription to another radio for just $15. If, however, you have a Lifetime subscription associated with an automotive receiver, those are not transferrable unless the receiver was stolen or is defective. Read more about Lifetime Plans in our Customer Agreement. A complimentary or trial subscription cannot be transferred

If you recently traded in your car, remember to transfer any of your remaining service to your new vehicle. Call listener care at: 866-635-5020 Monday – Saturday 8 am – 11 pm, Sunday 8 am - 8 pm EST and they will help you out.
