Cannot Get Music Channels

April 1, 2011 13:56 For last 2 days I get only channel 1. I cannot get other channels or change. this is occurring on home receiver & car receiver. What happened? My bill is automatically paid by Amex. what am i doing wrong? Edwom < gimm 925-93-3137

ur not doing anything wrong..it might be a problem with their system.. u can refresh ur radio by going to www.siriusxm.com/refresh (get the radio id on channel 0) or call their tech support at 18009859200.. hope this helps.
