My Account Is Locked And I Can`t To Open.

hi, my yahoo email is locked and I can`t to open it. they write me wait 12 hours and write again your password and everything will be OK. and nothing.please help

Sorry for your problems.

If you've been told you're locked out for security reasons, the lock will last for 12 hours, and in the meantime nothing can be done. (More here.) I gather you've been locked out more than 12 hours. In that case all you can do is to submit this dialog.
