My Contacts Have Disappeared On Yahoo And Gmail Accounts.

i discovered this evening that my problem w/ contacts being gone is probably due to some problem w/ my verizon phone/acct. i have been fighting to get a phone that works SINCE LAST JUNE (2012). evidently some of the garbage i've been going thru w/ verizon has flowed over to my email accts. is there hope for me?

Unfortuantely once the contacts have been deleted on your Yahoo and Gmail accounts, there is no solution or remedy because Yahoo and Gmail contacts do not have trash folders. Only deleted messages can be recovered from the Trash Folder of your account.
