Email Retrieval

I am in Desperate need of Retrieving a Deleted E-mail. Please Advise Thanks

You can retrieve deleted messages from your Trash folder, as long as the trash hasn’t been deleted yet. To retrieve a deleted message, select the Trash folder in the folders pane, select the message or messages you want to retrieve, and drag them to your Inbox or another folder.

Otherwise, Yahoo has a form you can submit to restore lost messages. However, it says it will not restore messages outside a 24-hour window. If you use Yahoo! Mail Classic, submit this form. If you use All New Yahoo! Mail, submit this form.
