Greetings - You can try and forward your issue to Yahoo's Customer Support in the following way

1. Go to http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index
2. Select 'Yahoo Account'
3. Select Password & Signin
4. Select 'Forgot my Password'
5. Select 'Email a support Agent'
6. Fill out the form that appear, describing you problem as best as you can
7. Submit the form when done and wait for the Yahoo Support's reply.
