Help!!!!!!

I Forgot My Yahoo Email Password. Ive Tried Everything, For Example... A Yahoo Customer Service Number That Either Puts Me On A Long Hold Or Automatically Hangs Up On Me. On Top Of That The Password Helper Doesnt Work For Me, It Doesnt Pull Up A Sercurity Question It Just Tells Me Call Yahoo Password Cant Be Reset. Im Doing All Of This On My Cell Phone. Someone Please Help Cause Im Going Crazy!!!!

The way for you to recover your account is to submit this dialog.
