Password Compromised

I recently switched phones on January 2 and can't log into my account from my new phone. I have tried all the Internet resources which has caused my account to be locked numerous times within the last few wk and has proven to be ineffective. I have called customer care 23 times and have been unable to get thru to a live representative. My question is, my account has been compromised, my security question changed..how do I go about fixing my account? I've been a customer to yahoo mail for 8yrs and this has got to be the worse customer care I've ever seen by a company.
