I Pressed The Wrong Button In Yahoo Messenger For Android

Just now a friend of mine added me on yahoo messenger, and i was signed in to yahoo messenger through my android phone and i hit the wrong button. I am not sure what i did, but the contact is not anywhere in my contact lists nor my ignored list. Please help.
