Somebody Open An Account Under My Name And Is Doing Scams Under My Name

i trying to have this yahoo email account closed since somebody is trying to scam people with a yahoo account under my name , please advise how u can help the email they opener is [email protected] they are advertizing on craiglist my own listings , im a real estate agent , and they are asking for money to be sent . some smart people look my name in the internet and confimed by phone others are not as smart and may be scamed by this person , there is nobody else in the whole word called like me . please advise
