I'm sorry you're frustrated. However, providers of Web apps like Yahoo (just like traditional software publishers) do not have to provide phone support or, for that matter, any support at all. It's their call. My guess is that you're using a free Yahoo app, and providers of free apps are particularly unlikely to provide one-on-one support. Your best course is probably to try their help forum.
