Is The Yahoo 'neo' Group Format Against The Law?

Take a tour of Yahoo groups.You'd be surprised to learn that: 1.The elderly have difficulty reading a dull grayish tiny font with a bright white background. 2.Visually impared users are not able to navigate the scrolling pages of Yahoo group message boards.The beta ads every third or so message throws their reading equipment to freeze. 3.A minor child(under 18 years of age) posts a message directly to the message board on site.The IP the minor child is revealed.
