Not Able To Upgrade To New Yahoo Version

I was using yahoo mail new version for some time but in recent pass it has been converted to mail classic and now I am unable to upgrade to new version again. Another yahoo account works fine on same comupter. Which ensure that there is no problem with computer or browser. It is the yahoo mail seeting. Please find attached the screen shot for my account Pawan Bakshi which is having problem and Nipun's account which is working fine.
