Can't Access Account. No Alternate Email And Forgot Security Question Answer. ?

i need to access my yahoo.ca account. forgot my security question answer and did not enter an alternate email account when i registered. what should I do? i tried contacting customer support, but nothing, that was almost a week ago. i need to access my email. simple. solution?

Step 1)Visit the link http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?l…
step 2) Seclect, "Yahoo! Account "on the first on box.
Step 3) Select, "Password and Signin"on the second one box when you selected the forgot password there will appear a third one box on there select "forgot secret questions & answers" on the third one box.
To the next.
Click, "Chat With a Support Agent online" and keep patient while loading a live chat after appear a live chat start to discuss to the live chat agent and then tell us to your problem and they will something arrange.

Here you can submit a form with your problem to the yahoo help team.
