Why Can't I Access My Contacts In My Yahoo Email Account?

Will not auto complete the To: line when I want to send an email or a text, even when I'm signed into chat. If I click Contacts to either look up, edit or add, all my tabs go blank until I refresh the whole page. Haven't been able to get a phone number to speak with someone for help access online help within Yahoo. This has been going on for several months now.
