Why Can I Not Access My Email Account

the yahoo customer service is non exsistant , shower of ducks have locked my account and keep telling me my sequirity question is wrong answer, they have no contact number to phone in ireland and online service is just crazy and stupid. I rang UK and they hung up on me twice before I got to talk to someone

You're right; Yahoo's customer service is difficult. Your best bet is to use the form at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/mail/SLN3808.html?impressions. ;
