I Cannot Access My Yahoo Acount. I Need Help Accessing It.

I have been trying to log into my yahoo account and I am not able to access my account. I keep getting the message below. "The error, LaunchEmptyResponse, occurred when trying to connect to Yahoo! Mail." I need for yahoo to fix my account so I can access it.
