Add Yahoo Account In New Device

I cant add my yahoo account in my new device.Every time am trying to add its sending me on yahoo home page on safari.In mobile app Mail i cant add it.I have spoken to Aplle as well they have advised me to get help from you.

I believe you're confusing us with Yahoo. We're an independent help site not connected with Yahoo.

I'm guessing that you may be using Safari 5, which is no longer supported. For workarounds, see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/safari-longer-supported-....

it may not be possible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. (To try, call 800-318-0612 or 866-562-7219.) If you feel you need to turn to Yahoo for one-on-one support, I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo may phone you. Another option is to turn to Yahoo's community.
