Blocked From Sending Mail Through My Yahoo Act. No Reply From Customer Care.

When using multiple addresses (2 or more) sending emails on Yahoo I receive a Blocked form sending message. I have sent multiple messages over a period of 3 weeks to Yahoo Customer Service with no reply. Their 'canned' message suggests using Yahoo Groups which is what I am doing. There is no Phone Techinal Support only the online. What is a user supposed to do when there is no reply from the online support team.
