Bofa Confirmations

I have a business and pay some of the employees through Direct Deposit. BofA sends confirmations that the transfer is being processed. I have always received these confirmations until today. For some reason they seem to be blocked. Is it blocked through yahoo? Also, one of the employees has a yahoo email account and they never get the confirmations that are sent to them from BofA. I always forward my copy to them. Can they contact you and ask that you not block those confirmations from BofA?
