I Am Consistently Having Problems Accessing My Yahoo Mail Account

Why am I having daily problems getting into my yahoo mail account? I have changed my password twice, but it still keeps happening.

Yahoo has been trying to upgrade the mail servers. You are not the only one who is reporting issues. Some people can't get their email pages to even come up, when they login. However, "messenger" reports new mails. In fact, Messenger may not log you in either. If mail and "messenger" are both not letting you in, it's one of 2 things... lost password, which you need go through security questions to retrieve.... or yahoo is still upgrading and having server issues.
