Customer Support

I have 3 years invested in trying to make contact with Yahoo fro support on an incorrect and which they happily bill me for but cannot get it corrected. 3 years, 25 attempt, 1+ holds then I give up, emails not responded to (10 or so). My bank will not stop the charges unless YooHoo stops the billing. Can anyone tell me how to get through to these "Customer Did-Serice" clowns ?

You're correct: phoning Yahoo for phone support is time-consuming and generally unhelpful. If you feel you need to turn to Yahoo for one-on-one support, I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo will phone you. Or try Yahoo's community.
