Email Sent Out To My Contacts That I Did Not Send

AGAIN an email is being sent out to my contacts with a link for a Canadian Pharmacy... and my sent folder has been emptied AGAIN. By reading comments at the Yahoo customer service site I see I am not the only 1 AGAIN.
