my e-mailadres send's for the past 2 mounth mailer-daemon by itself? whyyyyy?? what can i do agains it? i really do not wish to lose this account. please help me. thanks a lot.

First of all, set up another email account with reasonable security. Put your contact list into that email account.

Are all of your emails being returned or are you randomly getting this phishing email that seems to be Mailer-daemon @yahoo.com but might not be? Check the full address.

If you have not sent an email but are still getting the Mailer-daemon email it is SPAM and should be marked as such. Or someone could have hacked your email address.

If you think there is a problem relating to your account being compromised, please contact Yahoo! HELP.

Begin by selecting Yahoo! Account from the first drop down menu, Select a product.
Wait for the screen to change before moving to the next drop-down
Select a category and wait again because the drop-down menus must reset
Now there will be a sub-category - received spam email
In the 3rd box type in the problem - be sure to use the full email address of the Mailer-Daemon emails.

If all else fails you can call Yahoo in the US at 866-562-7219 and press 2 when the automated switchboard asks for your selection. This way you will reach a live person as long as you cann between 6:00am and 6:00pm Pacific time.
