Hello,my mail accounts d> have been hacked last week. I have tried to change my passwords but it did not work. I am ready to create new accounts, but I need to recover all my contacts.Sincerely yours,Nadejda HANDZHIEV

I'm afraid the previous answer was overly optimistic by a wide margin. It is probably impossible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. Also, there's no website reachable at cc.yahoo-inc.com, so I doubt that an email directed as indicated will get you anywhere.

Instead...

(1) If you can't sign in, see this page, and

(2) Once you're able to sign in, follow these instructions.
