I Haven't Been Able To Log Into My Yahoo Account For Over A Week.

I can't log into my Yahoo account and when I call cust service I'm on hold for sometimes 40 minutes. I finally give up. I've also emailed them and they don't respond. What's wrong with this company. The customer service is horrible. Anyone have a suggestion?
