No Help Here

Why is this the 4th week I cannot access my e-mail account? The 2nd question Yahoo"says" would be used if I lost a password etc makes no sense to me- what does"new account" mean? I do not show in my Yahoo e-mail account notes that I was asked anything about a name/number/etc for my e-mail account. Pls respond- this is way too long to be locked out of both business & friend e-mails. Thank you. Susan

I don't know what you have tried; all the basic possibilities are covered at this Yahoo page. If that doesn't work, the problem may be with your system:

First clear your cache and cookies. How you do that depends on your browser. In Firefox, use its toolbar to go to Tools|Options|Privacy, and then click "clear your recent history." See your own browser's help section if you don't know how. Then restart your computer. It also may be necessary to update your browser; links for updating various browsers may be found on this Facebook page (even though it's not a Facebook issue): http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=742 ;
