Locked Out Of Email With No Help!

I have been locked out of my email and I keep getting the message to contact customer service, but there is no way to do so! It says it can't be restored online and I must call, but now Yahoo has no working phone numbers. What do I do?

Another option is to turn to Yahoo's community.
