Need Help With My Email Acct That Is Not Going Thru To Many Addresses.

This is my THIRD request and I keep getting a canned response from Yahoo. I'm ready to call 7 on Your Side because I have had nothing but trouble with my email and am getting no help. I've paid a computer specialist to help me with my new computer and he can't get it working either. Yahoo keeps telling me they can't help and to contact the other people's providers. Is that a joke?! It is not a spam filter or virus issue. This is an issue with my Yahoo email acct. Please help me resolve this issue and don't tell me to go elsewhere!!! Regards, Melanie Ryan
