I Opened An Email Called 'breaking News' And It Went Out To All My Customers.

I opened this email last week and today it went out to my whole contact list and now i can't send anything from my account.

You've been hit with a computer infection. Sorry. You can search the Web for virus removal, but you may have to hire a professional.
