Opting-out Of Yahoo Adchoices Does Not Work.

You provide the worst customer service I have ever seen.  Even though I have opted-OUT of the AdChoices on my Yahoo/Att email account, I am still getting full page ads from Yahoo AdChoices when I log onto my Yahoo email.  WHy am I getting full page ads from Yahoo AdChoices even though I have selected to Opt-OUT of this service?

"Opting out" only means that Yahoo will not target advertising to you personally based on your cookies and browsing history.  This means advertising will just be more random, and you will continue to see ads as normal.
