Password Issue

I have forgotten my password and I used the help task to retrieve it but the problem is my alternate email address you have on file is no longer good so I am not getting the password reset email that yahoo is sending me. I tried to call them and I get put on hold and hung up on without speaking to a live agent. I am getting frustrated my account got hacked into a few weeks ago and I had to change my password and I keep getting too many spam and I just need to log in.
