How Do I Get Real Help With My Yahoo Email. I Need To Talk To Someone.

Greetings, I only have 2 email accounts, Yahoo and my work email. I retired a few days ago and can no longer get on my work account. My Yahoo account was working fine at my job, but I can't log in at home for some strange reason and I have very important info that I need to access as soon as possible. and my work address was . Can I please talk to a customer service person to help me get into my yahoo account?

Sorry for your problems. The issue may stem from an outdated browser or overloaded cache. A good first step is to clear your cache and cookies—see your browser's help section if you don't know how—and restart your computer. You can ask Yahoo for help with the form at:
