How Do I Get A Troll Who Deletes Others Users Yahoo News Comments Removed?

This troll constantly deletes comments on a particular new article and lodges false complaint to Yahoo about other users and has a few accounts closed. it does not matter the content of the comment posted, this person deletes comments made by people he does not like. Why has Yahoo allowed this to continue after nummerous complaints from myself and others?
