Trouble Accessing My Account/illegal Access

Hi. My email: [email protected] has been hacked. i cannot access it anymore and I even can't remember the security question. How can I have it recovered? I am able to send any credentials needed to prove that I am the owner of the account. Also, is there anyway for the Yahoo technicians to trace the IP address of the person who did it? Thanks!
