Email Not Being Received.

Hello - My primary email is not being received new emails. Can someone out there resolvve the problem. thank you very much. Are you fee based?

This help site is free (helpowl.com) but you may have posted this question at some other site, I don't know.

Without disclosing either your or my email address the best thing I can suggest is to create a second account at another site such as Gmail.com. Once done try sending emails from one account to the other. You can be logged into both at the same time. You should be able to send from either to the other. If the emails are being rejected you'll see the message or if something else is wrong you should get some sort of reply with details.
