Problems Accessing Me Emails

Hello, I have just got a new iphone and need to re enter my yahoo email account, however it isnt working. My email is [email protected] but the password isnt recognised. My mobile phone seems to be inaccurate so a new password isnt coming through on my phone either. what do i need to do? I have put my alternative email address belowthank you Katrina
