I just got one of these DHL messages today (which is what brought me to your post) and the originating IP address is 200.110.46.78. Checking this at What Is My IP (http://www.whatismyip.com), I can see that the ISP who owns/manages this IP address is Nextel Del Peru S.A. The header info supports this as I can see the mail server there listed as 'HELO 78.46.110.200.dyn.nextel.net.pe'. So, even though this may not be the source of the email, we know it was at least purposely routed through a South American server. This is unlikely to be something DHL would do!
